With our recent app update (5/8/2017), we noticed a surge of user experiencing issues accessing surveys.
If your surveys are not populating when you tap the "Begin Survey" button simply tap on the text directly. (As shown in the screenshot below) Prior to the update, users were able to click anywhere on the button to generate their survey.
If you do NOT see the 'Begin Survey' button, reduce the text font size in your phone's settings. Once reduced, the 'Begin Survey' button should not be visible.
