If you notice you are not earning points daily anymore be sure first to check your phone's location settings.
Some other things to check and try:
- Your app is updated to the latest version
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the app
- Turning off any VPNs you may be using
- Making sure that your phone is charged and not on power saving mode
Android:
- Ensure that Location Permission is ON for Panel App
- Settings > Apps > Panel App > Permissions > Location Enabled
- Location Method is set to High Accuracy
- For Samsung devices, verify that the app is not being put to sleep through App Power Monitor (Settings > Device maintenance > Battery)
iOS:
- Go to your iPhone settings and confirm that Location Services are set to “Always” for the Panel App (Settings > Panel App> Location)
- Turn off Low Power Mode
